As our second hire in New York, you’ll be working closely with the Managing Director of North America, helping to build our clients and culture. You’ll bring your industry knowledge to lead large and complex projects. A deft hand at client servicing, you’ll provide exceptional solutions for your clients, while working closely with the global team to grow business.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering excellent service to clients with initiative
Liaising daily, both remotely and in person, with clients all over the world
Owning, growing and nurturing key client relationships
Create development plans for your clients, understanding objectives, opportunities, commercial success and drive to conversion
Proactively solving challenges, identifying opportunities to grow revenue with an entrepreneurial mindset
Taking total control of a project inc. timelines, resourcing, milestones, budgets, profit, tracking and supplier conversations
Write engaging, bespoke proposals using strategic insight to secure new work and able to negotiate with clients to maximize profit

Expert understanding of Thirst’s strategic process and able to support on brief writing, research, offer a strong client view, market and project understanding
Able to positively challenge team leads with confidence and insight to deliver the best work possible
Making sure work is on brief and inspiring for our clients Becoming a client expert, acting as their voice within the agency
Articulate clients’ insights, business and brand plans to the wider team to inspire development and briefs

Expert understanding of Thirst’s creative process and how to maximize efficiencies to deliver maximum profitability while delivering world class work
Able to unite teams towards a world class goal and deliver inspiring work for our clients
Building best in class creative presentations to deliver exceptional creative solutions and present back to senior/large client teams
Understand client expectations and can interpret feedback to get to the heart of what’s really going on
Making sure all work that goes to the client is of the highest standard possible

Expert production management, engaging the right team members at the right time
Developing a strong understanding of sustainability through design and pushing projects when required
Working closely with our production team to ensure that projects are realized as expected

Leading and guiding junior members of the Client Services team
Communicate with clarity and confidence

Knowing and loving both the design and drinks industries
Being a champion for our strong, simple, shit hot ethos
Be a source of knowledge to our own team and clients, sharing latest thinking and design inspiration
