“Yes” Mead Packaging Design Concept by Daria Akimova

Yes mead is a unique drink that stands out not only for its excellent taste, but also for the packaging design. Each color of the can corresponds to a certain taste: red is a lingonberry, green is an apple, pink is a cherry, orange is an orange. This makes it easier for the buyer to choose and creates associations with bright fruit shades. The inscription on the Yes package symbolizes the flight of a bee, so each can has a different trajectory. This gives the product a special personality and emphasizes its naturalness, because mead has long been associated with the world of bees.

Mead is a Russian low—alcohol drink with a content of 1.2-9.0% by volume of ethyl alcohol, prepared by fermentation from water, honey and yeast, or by simply mixing water, honey and alcohol. Mead has a rich history and cultural significance in Russia. The unique blend of honey and water gives the drink a sweet and distinctive taste that distinguishes it from other alcoholic beverages.
