Humanio is a fitness brand dedicated to enhancing both physical and mental health. Recognising that true fitness includes nurturing the mind, Humanio’s mission is to build a comprehensive ecosystem that supports a healthy lifestyle. This ecosystem features a state-of-the-art fitness centre, a fitness app and a stylish apparel line that merges functionality with fashion.
Humanio’s philosophy is based on three core pillars: body, mind, and recovery. This holistic approach ensures a comprehensive transformation starting with the mind. Humanio helps individuals build a strong mental foundation, leading to a deeper commitment to physical fitness. Recognising the importance of recovery, Humanio promotes proper pacing and recuperation to prevent burnout and injury, ensuring sustainable fitness journeys and long-term health.
The challenge was to develop a cohesive identity for Humanio that encapsulates its brand story and the concept that fitness is essential for everyone. This identity needed to reflect the holistic nature of Humanio’s offerings, integrating the physical, mental, and communal aspects of fitness. Extensive research into the target audience’s needs and desires, along with developing a brand mantra, was conducted to communicate the importance of fitness in every aspect of life.
“Fitness is a mindset” was introduced as Humanio’s brand mantra to emphasize that all fitness journeys begin in the mind. It highlights the crucial steps of deciding to start and, more importantly, continuing to show up. This core message inspired complementary slogans like “Fitness is a lifestyle” and “Fitness is health.” To further reinforce the brand message, a compelling brand video was created for Humanio. This video showcases individuals in various scenarios, demonstrating that fitness can be achieved anywhere and in any form regardless of their environment and highlights the diverse ways people can incorporate fitness into their lives. The result is a brand that deeply resonates with its audience, inspiring them to embrace a healthier lifestyle.
