VGLUB Brand Identity Concept by Student Adelina Bekuzarova

VGLUB is a conceptual identity project for a company producing diving masks. The company produces scuba diving masks to help people enjoy the views of the underwater world. The target audience is men and women aged 20 to 30 who like to travel and go diving in their free time from study and work.
The essence of the VGLUB brand is the statement “A clear view of the underwater world”. The design concept literally reflects this statement and illustrates how using a mask underwater helps the diver to see the environment more clearly. The forms of various diving masks and symbolic images of algae in the form of simple geometric shapes — ovals, which are responsible for the underwater world, were taken as the main elements of the corporate identity. When applying a mask to algae, their fuzzy silhouettes under water become clear and understandable. The silhouette of the logo is also stylized as a diving mask – the letters are cut off according to the shape of the mask, and the last letter with an elongated ending resembles a breathing tube. The bright color palette indicates the company’s core values – activity and positivity, and also emphasizes a wide range of products. In the corporate style there are various color combinations that divide masks into categories (for adults and children). Contrasting black and white colors complement the brand’s color palette. The typographic solution is concise and strict, we can say it is already classic. His task is not to distract the viewer with his activity, but to complement and reveal the work of the main metaphor.
The company VGLUB stands out from the competition and is remembered for its brightness and fun, attracting attention, as well as simplicity and conciseness of design.
