For over 60 years, Umberto Cesari has been a symbol of excellence in Italian winemaking, blending tradition with innovation. When the time came to launch Costa di Rose, a prestigious rosé wine, Cappelli Identity Design was tasked with creating a new identity to match the wine’s elegance and international ambitions.
Using the Dynamic brand methodology, we designed a comprehensive brand system that includes the wine’s name, label, and visual identity. Inspired by the carefree charm of summer and the aesthetics of the 1950s, Costa di Rose conveys a sense of lightness and sophistication. Its delicate color palette, soft typography, and harmonious patterns capture the essence of a wine meant to delight and transport its audience.
The label’s design features artisanal details and a tactile finish, inviting consumers to engage with the product on a sensory level. The result is an identity that elevates Costa di Rose, positioning it as a leader in the global luxury wine market.
