Codir, the Official College of Interior Decorators and Designers of La Rioja, is more than an institution, it is the voice of a profession and a calling: shaping tomorrow’s spaces, enhancing the environments we live in, and offering creative solutions to today’s societal needs.
In a time of transformation, especially following a global shift in how we understand and inhabit spaces, the profession united around a common goal: to become more relevant socially, culturally, and institutionally across La Rioja. This rebranding marks a departure from the conventional image of a professional association, embracing instead an inspiring identity that challenges perceptions and reinforces Codir as a cultural and social benchmark.
This is a brand designed to be more transversal, collaborative, and focused on people’s well being through the power of space.
Objective
• Ignite a sense of belonging among professionals, especially members, by helping them understand the value of being part of Codir.
• Establish strong visual recognition for the brand, a distinctive identity that instantly conveys innovation, dynamism, sustainability, and transformation.
• Build a flexible and adaptable visual ecosystem that thrives across digital and physical environments without losing coherence or meaning.
• Raise awareness of the impact of interior design and encourage active engagement in the College’s programs and initiatives.
Proposal
In close alignment with the Board, the decision was made early on to adopt “Codir” as the brand’s primary identifier, a clear, simplified name that signals a new era.
The creative concept is rooted in the essence of interior design: the ability to reimagine space. Just as designers transform plans to meet specific needs and unlock new potential, so too does the brand evolve with its context, adapting to how we live, move, and connect.
Codir’s new visual language is designed to flex and shift across touchpoints without ever losing its core identity. Built on visual principles, modular structures, and dynamic codes, it interacts with its environment while reinforcing recognition through consistency. It is a system with controlled flexibility, structured yet open to creative interpretation.
Its color palette reflects the energy and brightness of the digital world, a fresh burst of light symbolizing creative expression. And its symbology aims to carve out a space within the social imagination of La Rioja.

At the heart of the system lies a grid, a visual foundation that inspires and guides expression. The design language balances structure with emotion, logic with creativity, forming an ecosystem that speaks to a new generation of interior designers seeking relevance, strength, and connection.
