The Tsholo Photography Retouch series embraces the philosophy of “enhance, not alter,” where the goal is to elevate the photograph without compromising the authenticity of the subject.

The process begins with precise color correction to unify the tones and achieve a clean, balanced base. From there, frequency separation is used to retain the natural skin texture while carefully removing blemishes, fine lines, and distractions. Advanced dodge and burn techniques are applied meticulously to define facial structure, enhance highlights and shadows, and add a sculpted depth that feels dimensional yet subtle.

Special attention is paid to detail enhancement—particularly the eyes, lips, and hair.
