Service Foods had a simple yet powerful brief: “We want people to become more emotionally engaged with our brand and to understand how flexible and innovative our company truly is.” The core idea of everything we delivered was encapsulated in a single, compelling thought: “Behind Every Great Chef.” These four words sum up the essence of what Service Foods has been about so far and what it will continue to represent in the future.

To genuinely embody the idea of being “behind every great chef,” it’s essential for Service Foods to supply the best – focusing on provenance, diversity, and exceptional quality, all delivered at pace. We achieved this by creating a rich narrative through storytelling. We highlighted the people who are the backbone of the business: the fishermen, farmers, beekeepers, and cheese makers. By showcasing them in their work environments and capturing their dedication and craftsmanship on camera, we brought their stories to life. These are the people whose care and expertise ensure the finest ingredients reach chefs nationwide. Service Foods was positioned as the crucial catalyst that brings all of these talented individuals together, so restaurants across the country can serve the quality and diversity that has made our cuisine famous.
