The Harvest – A Space to Ask Questions by Morillas

The Harvest – A Space to Ask Questions by Morillas

Progress has always confronted the unknown. The human drive for endless improvement means constant searching and experimentation. In this digital age of relentless rapid development, consumers and societies evolve faster and more unpredictably than ever before. Only the businesses and brands that are brave enough to evolve with them, will survive.
To prepare for the future we must sow today what will grow tomorrow. That’s why we’ve built a space to ask questions. To reflect and explore. The Harvest is where Morillas moves out of the present to challenge the future. It is our way of embracing new perspectives. A new centre of studies with one clear aim: To inspire the leaders of the moment to build the business of tomorrow.
The Harvest will present a compelling topic each year and analyse it from a range of different perspectives, and gathering voices that can help us to glimpse this future, forcing us to question what we do and how we do it.
This year, luxury is in the spotlight, analyzing the category by collaborating with different professionals. The world economy and the luxury sector are subject to constant political and geographic upheaval and being prepared for the next cultural shift is vital. Our collective perception of luxury is transforming. While it once meant accruing precious goods and revelling in opulent displays, the shift now is away from the material and towards the experiential. In the face of a radically shifting technological and economic landscape, agility and adaptability are key. The world’s leading luxury players must evolve alongside our definitions of luxury.
The Harvest tackles these topics to celebrate and inspire the creation of the extraordinary, to shine a light on the issues of tomorrow, today.
