Omdesign created, developed and programmed the Terra Chama website: https://www.terrachama.com/

In line with the concept and image also designed by the Portuguese agency for this wine brand, which is clean, sober and minimalist, the Terra Chama website aims to express all the values and mission promoted by this Dão wines producer.

The main goal was to create a differentiating page, that could share the brand’s journey and capture the heart and soul of Portugal’s Dão wine region.

Terra Chama stands as a testament to our firm commitment to aesthetic excellence and user-centric design. Every element of the website, from the imagery and color schemes to the transitions, typography and user interactions, was meticulously crafted to evoke a sense of singularity, minimalism and modernity, allied to the respect for the Dão’s terroir and its centuries-old winemaking traditions.

The parallax effect is one of the striking features that we have incorporated into this website, with the aim of elevating the user experience and distinguishing it from the rest.

Our design method for this challenge was guided by four core principles. The visual storytelling, that helps the visitors feel as though they are strolling through the unique vineyards and centuries-old cellars of Dão; the engaging exploration with interactive elements; the cultural extent, which shows that Terra Chama isn’t just about wine, but it’s also a celebration of the Dão region’s cultural and vinicultural richness; and the interface, accessibility and responsiveness areas, since we made them a priority on this project.

The Terra Chama website was thought to be very appreciated for its intuitive interface, captivating visuals, and deep cultural and wine-related content. Visitors from around the world are invited to explore the wines, deepening their appreciation for the brand, its products and the Dão’s vinous treasures and cultural richness.

The power of design also enabled this brand to express their essence and share the singularity and heritage of the Dão wine region, showing that for Omdesign, this project embodies our commitment to creativity, attention to detail and innovation.
