In 2021, we had the opportunity to work with one of the most important brands in the country, when it comes to entrepreneurship. Sebrae works nationally to strengthen entrepreneurship and formalize the economy, promoting the development and competitiveness of micro and small companies in all sectors. Despite the Sebrae brand being invaluable, many entrepreneurs missed their connection to the current, increasingly challenging context.
Solution: Our work was to redefine the role of Sebrae for people, making its performance and organisation clearer, through: Brand strategy development; Positioning revitalisation; Sharing a code of culture for internal engagement; Organisation of the architecture between the Sebrae Nacional and Sebrae’s Regional brands and Creation of new visual and verbal brand expressions.
