The Syrian city of Damascus was famous for its wonderful and varied sweets, and it was and still is a part of the country’s culture and in order to preserve our culture and as a kind of roots in the present of our society in Canada is to convey the taste of Syrian sweets to the Arab and Canadian peoples.
We searched for the most famous Syrian chefs who mastered their craft well and added flavor to the sweets inherited from parents and grandparents, and as much as we care about our work and appreciate what is on our shoulders of the necessity of conveying the taste and flavor that was famous for Damascene sweets.
