Berlin based studio nunc made it to their goal to develop authentic and extraordinary visual identities and digital products which people want to identify with. The studio recently developed the brand design, packaging and website for the vegan food supplements brand capsify.
The product is vegan vitamins in capsule form as an online subscription and capsify’s special feature is absolute transparency for consumers.
The promise of transparency can already be seen in the special transparent capsules – but that was not enough for the founders. That’s why studio nunc created a comprehensive visual identity where all design elements emphasise the product’s main value. The letters are arranged on the clear packaging in a way which makes them look like part of the content, the dot on top of the i in the logo symbolizes the extraordinary transparent capsules and the website uses blurred layers to imitate see-through material. To ensure that the brand is not perceived as too scientific or unemotional despite the main rational value, a lively choice of colours, playful packaging design and human product photography provide support.
In a collaboration with photographer Inga Masche studio nunc uses playful product photography that visualizes not only transparency but also other important brand values such as sustainability. The appealing and playful design supports a customer experience from subscription-booking to seeing the product at home that makes consumers enjoy taking their daily vitamins.
