Skincare consumers are increasingly disillusioned by an industry saturated with empty promises. Dr. Emma Craythorne approached us with a powerful mission: to decode skincare through a meaningful, science-led approach. In response, we partnered to create Klira—a direct-to-consumer brand built around radical transparency and deep personalisation, empowering users to achieve true skin clarity.
The brand’s visual and structural language is grounded in science and simplicity. A minimal core palette of white and silver underscores clinical efficacy, while twelve vivid metallic accent colours introduce a human and personal dimension. These tones represent Klira’s unique SkinSize system—an innovative diagnostic framework that helps users identify their precise skin type, enabling bespoke treatment routines tailored to individual needs.
This ethos of transparency carries through to the packaging. The hero box—a sleek slide-open format—is wrapped in a semi-transparent sleeve. This tactile, minimal intervention allows a flash of the SkinSize colour to peek through, creating anticipation and reinforcing clarity at the core of the brand. Every material is meticulously sourced to support Klira’s sustainability commitment, ensuring beauty and responsibility go hand in hand.
After achieving a remarkable 322% growth in 2024, Klira closed a significant investment round to accelerate expansion across the UK and international markets—proving the power of purpose-led brand design.
