Name
The name Heraclea comes from the region where the company’s olive trees are located. The region takes its name from the mythological character Hercules.
Emblem
The columns forming the letter H in the emblem represent the ancient city, and the figure symbolizes Hercules.
Bottle
A bold and masculine form was chosen for the bottle, representing the ancient world and Hercules.
Gift Packaging
Gift Packaging is produced entirely from natural materials, in a color and form similar to the bottle.
During the development of the brand and the creation of its packaging design, great emphasis was placed on capturing and authentically reflecting the unique local characteristics, cultural heritage, and historical narrative of the region. Every visual element from typography and color choices to the structural design of the packaging was thoughtfully crafted to communicate this story in a meaningful and memorable way. By integrating these regional influences into the visual identity, the aim was to create a strong emotional connection with consumers and to distinguish the product within its category. This approach ultimately sought to establish a unique visual code that clearly set the brand apart, ensuring that it would be instantly recognizable and symbolically tied to its origins.
This special olive oil, produced from olives grown through organic farming in the Heraclea region and made exclusively from cold-pressed olives, has been offered for sale only in natural and organic markets in the United States.
