All countries have iconic festivities that are part of the history and culture of the country, without a doubt, the Carnival of Barranquilla is the main of all festivities in Colombia, declared by Unesco as a Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity.
Speed Max is an energizing drink and leader in the Colombian market whose purpose is to “Recharge your life”, that is why it decided to reach the heart of this cultural event where ethnic diversity, joy, dance, music, folklore and tradition stand out. These were the values that capitalized the campaign and that the brand wanted to transmit through 3 special edition designs captured in the packaging design of its cans, the intention behind the whole idea was to handle codes that made the public feel identified with the region that inhabits, houses and gives way to the Carnival every year, highlighting emblematic and important elements within this context, such as the handling of the color palette highlighting those colors that are part of the flag of Barranquilla, in addition to 3 popular characters within the carnival universe as “La Marimonda”, “El Torito Ribeño” and “La Negrita Puloy”, all with a great history, which have always been part of the history, culture and folklore of the Colombian Caribbean.
This year gives way to the joy, freshness and energy of Speed Max, who through a special limited edition collection, distinctive, aesthetic, but above all representative and with much to evoke, gave a special place to those icons that year after year accompany the effusiveness of the carnival, demonstrating that it is these same icons, who really recharge the Colombian Caribbean coast, and now with much more sense during the Carnival of Barranquilla 2025.
