Cappelli Identity Design presents the Solid Light Festival, a project that reimagines architectural mapping through the lens of Dynamic brand methodology. Set against iconic Roman monuments such as the Colosseo Quadrato and the Pantheon, this festival transforms static architecture into dynamic canvases through light projections.
The Dynamic Brand Methodology played a central role in shaping this project. Its principles of integrating identity, diversity and adaptability ensured that each light installation was both visually compelling and conceptually unified. This approach allowed for a seamless blend of digital art and architectural heritage, emphasising how identity evolves through interaction and reinterpretation.
The festival aimed to make light tangible, creating an immersive experience where digital art meets timeless architecture. Solid Light challenges the boundaries of structure and lighting, introducing a new dimension to architectural design.
Using light as a medium to reshape the perception of space, the festival offers a new way of looking at Rome’s historic landmarks. This project combines tradition and innovation, reflecting the principles of the Dynamic brand.
Collaboration was key, with Emanuele Cappelli leading a team of visual designers, motion graphics artists and social media strategists. This multidisciplinary effort ensured that digital design, motion graphics and social media marketing formed a cohesive narrative.
Solid Light is an exploration of the interaction between light and structure, pushing the boundaries of architectural expression.
