Green Saffron, led by their Anglo-Indian food entrepreneur and chef founder Arun Kapil, are an award winning family business that produce stunning spice blends, sauces and chutneys made with spices sourced by family members in India. Uniquely, their fresh spices travel from ‘source to sauce’ in just 8 weeks.Simon Pendry was instrumental in creating the brand in 2012, and has been the key design partner of Green Saffron ever since. The brand marque cleverly combines the ‘g’ and the ‘s’ of the name, to suggest the spice blending nature of the brand. Arun himself features on pack as the brands chief spice blender and recognisable tv celebrity. Vibrant colour combinations suggest not only intense flavour, but also the Indian origins of the brand and its spices.Green Saffron wanted to expand their already successful range into the fresh category in the chiller, with an ‘Indian Street Food’ range… We created a premium and spontaneous take on our core range look and feel, with this vibrant range of packs.
