Sicredi is the first initiative of Financial Cooperatives in Brazil. With more than 4 million members and a varied portfolio of financial products and services. We understand the importance of each Sicredi associate and we value their history of collaboration and unity. Through this recognition, we want to increase their active participation and inspire new leaders to walk together in cooperativism.
With that in mind, with the aim of creating a better relationship with the high-income segment, Sicredi Norte SC has developed a program called “Sicredi Amstad”, for a public of associates who will receive exclusive service, among other benefits.
The name of the new product was inspired by Theodor Amstad, a Swiss priest who settled in Brazil around 1885 and founded the cooperative model that gave rise to Sicredi.
The Sicredi Amstad program was born with the purpose of valuing those who carry in their essence the legacy of our patron. Receiving due recognition for his dedication, achievements and trajectory, as well as the one we valued so much back at the beginning of everything.
For brand development, many drafts were made to determine the starting point of brand building. We tested several paths and decided to create a typographic logo to have a direct reading and not be polluted. For construction, we used the Garamond font, a typography with serifs, balance and elegance, which became popular at the beginning of the 20th century. XX, the same period in which Theodor Amstad lived. We worked on the kerning of the letters and refined the finishing of the edges. For the colors we chose sober colors and some originating from Sicredi’s own identity.
To launch the brand, we also created stationery and printed advertisements.
