Sey Coffee NYC — Team from Brooklyn, engaged in roasting coffee. An unwavering commitment to high quality and philosophy, in general, is what perfectly characterizes these guys. They are intensely interested in reimagining—both technologically and logistically—everything we have come to know about coffee. They are inspired by the boundlessness of possibility, and allow ourselves the freedom to work with whatever coffees they find inspiring, no matter how high the cost or how small the lot.
We redesigned the logo, thought out the template system, created an updated packaging concept and came up with new slogans. We have updated the typeface, added fresh colors that reflect the spirit and mood of South America, where coffee is grown. We have created a pattern in the form of coffee beans and aromatic smoke, which is reflected on the line of packaging for different types of coffee, decorated in different colors.
The new slogans convey a new ideology — a team that gathers around the coffee neck, provides comfort, communication, and friendship. The new slogans are based on the abbreviation of the word Coffee-Ko. Sey Coffee — Sey co — sey community — sey communication — sey control — sey cool — sey comfortable — Stay Sey!
We have intimate experience working with some of the industry’s finest cafes, baristas, and chefs. Our desire is to partner with peers who seek the highest quality coffee, support innovative and long term partnerships with producers, and are committed to transparency around price and product — say the creators.
We also tried to reflect the best product visually, distinguish it from the competition and make it even more unique. Unfortunately, this project remained a concept.
