Sagic is a leading provider of general insurance products serving families, businesses, and church organizations throughout the United Kingdom. What sets Sagic apart is their unwavering commitment to ethical values and their deep-rooted dedication to uplifting communities and individuals. In recognizing the need to realign their brand with these core values and to step into a more contemporary era, Sagic turned to Polar for assistance in revitalizing their brand identity and website. Our task was twofold: to convey the warmth, empathy, and integrity that define Sagic while modernizing their visual aesthetics and communication strategies.

In close collaboration with Sagic, it became evident that their brand required a contemporary update to harmonize with their ethical principles and personable approach. To achieve this, we meticulously crafted a custom logomark, incorporating unique ligatures to forge a deeper connection and sense of unity. The chosen color palette strikes a harmonious balance between heritage and modernity, paying homage to Sagic’s historical ties with The Salvation Army by incorporating the iconic red associated with this esteemed organization. Furthermore, we paid tribute to Sagic’s 1909 heritage by integrating elements from the original Salvation Army Crest into a graphic stamp, symbolizing the enduring legacy of Sagic.

In addition to reimagining the brand identity, we embarked on the design and development of a new website that seamlessly integrates with the refreshed identity. This digital platform serves as a dynamic showcase of Sagic’s commitment to their values, allowing them to engage with their audience more effectively in the digital age.

Our partnership with Sagic extends beyond the initial rebranding effort, encompassing ongoing brand activation initiatives and providing monthly design support. Witnessing the brand’s exciting transformation and growth has been a source of immense satisfaction for our team.
