We refreshed the Rollins brand by crafting the old-style small batch charm and embellishing premium qualities. We developed a richer visual story of its historic frontier origins, increasing authenticity amongst discerning whiskey drinkers.

A rich history of Tennessee Whiskey, Rollins pays homage to the farmers of the western frontier who made small batch Whiskey to supplement their income. The frontiersmen, would turn their surplus grain into whiskey to be used as currency for trading, cash wasn’t something widely used in the west. The whiskey tax was introduced to help settle the government war debt from the American Revolution, causing a mass uprising and thus began the Whiskey Rebellion

Rollins owes much to the rebellious farmers of the west, who against all odds won their fight against tyranny, creating a lasting legacy worth its weight in gold.

Rollins is a tribute to the long standing tradition of American whiskey making in Tennessee. Tennessee is a place of history and passion when it comes to whiskey production. It is the place where the locals perfected and protected the artful process of whiskey making over 100’s of years. There is whiskey… and there’s Tennessee whiskey.

Out here in Tennessee, we like to do things our way and that includes making whiskey. Rollins Tennessee whiskey abides by a strict set of criteria that protects and ensure the quality of a smooth and distinct final product. Rollins is made by blending local quality ingredients together in small batches to ensure consistency, and then following a traditional production process, developed in Tennessee over more than 100 years – The Lincoln County Process; the raw whiskey spirit is filtered by slowly seeping through vats loaded with sweet maple charcoal. Rollins is then aged within charred American white oak barrels. Each barrel, from acorn to perfectly coopered storage, is 100 years in the making, and is responsible for imparting Rollins Tennessee Whiskey with upfront flavours of spice, vanilla and nut.
