A company that operates in the financial market, more specifically with Behavioral Financial Planning & Consulting and investment advice with a focus on welcoming, caring, raising awareness and transforming.
Our role in this project was to convey an image of a highly credible brand, as we understand the beliefs of this audience (especially the cultural beliefs of the Brazilian people), their day-to-day challenges and objections. We understand how sensitive dealing with money is, so we brought an approach that conveyed a lot of trust and showed that the brand is welcoming and close to the consumer.
Black Wallet needed a strong market presence too, as we were competing with big players in the investment market. Analyzing how the market and competition behaved, we defined the entire brand language, both verbal and visual.
During the development of the stretcher strategy, we identified the need to improve the customer journey process within the business, in particular the methodology that the company used to conduct consultancy services with the customer.
We reformulated the immersion process and added new deliveries, so that the brand reached the market with an even more robust and personalized product.
We created illustrations, cards and a unique narrative so that the methodology provided a better experience with the consumer, further strengthening its market positioning.
