The Cattyfeast project was born from the collaboration between Fidovet, a company specialized in high-quality pet nutrition, and Rewot, with the goal of launching a new wet food line for cats that combines nutritional rigor with a distinctive and engaging visual identity.
Objective
The aim was to create a brand entirely dedicated to cats that would be instantly recognizable, credible, and consistent across both shelf and digital channels. The challenge: to communicate quality and authenticity with a contemporary language while avoiding predictable or stereotypical imagery common in the category.
Approach and Method
Rewot developed the project end-to-end, starting with the naming “Cattyfeast”—a fusion of the affectionate, playful tone of “catty” with the generosity and satisfaction suggested by “feast.” From there, the studio designed the complete brand identity, graphic system, and packaging concept.
The brand is built on a modular visual architecture: a clean, memorable logotype, a carefully calibrated color palette to segment recipes and flavors, and illustrations that strike a balance between irony and elegance. Nutritional information is organized with a clear hierarchy for quick reading, while pictograms and color codes guide purchase decisions and add visual clarity. The layout ensures order and memorability, while also leaving space for storytelling. Importantly, the system is designed for scalability: it can expand seamlessly to new flavors, packaging formats, and even digital touchpoints without losing coherence or recognition.
Result
The outcome is a coherent design system that accelerates recognition, simplifies segmentation, and strengthens Cattyfeast’s positioning as a “premium accessible” brand. This is not just packaging—it is a flexible communication tool that connects with consumers at every stage of the purchase journey.
Cattyfeast is built to last: scalable across product lines, ready for both retail and online contexts, with simple yet replicable design rules. Less noise, more preference. The design makes the difference where it matters most: in front of the hand that chooses.
