Galerie Culinaire is a caterer specializing in corporate dining services, offering gourmet solutions like exceptional lunch trays, refined seminar meals, gourmet breaks, and elegant buffet or chic cocktail receptions. Each year, they design two product collections—spring/summer and autumn/winter—and create a catalog to showcase these offerings, then send them to all their clients.
A Return to Roots
Originally inspired by the concept of an art gallery, Galerie Culinaire’s image has faded over the years, leading to a loss of coherence in the brand’s aesthetics. Atelier César realigned Galerie Culinaire with its initial identity by reconnecting it with the spirit of an art gallery. Our approach involved repositioning the brand in a more upscale market, allowing Galerie Culinaire to stand out in an underexplored segment.
The Catalog as a Gallery, the Plate as a Canvas, the Dish as a Work of Art
Drawing inspiration from the refined aesthetics of luxury craftsmanship, the studio reaffirmed Galerie Culinaire’s prestigious identity, staying true to its unique concept where each plate becomes a genuine work of art. With the luxury codes, the new design emphasizes simplicity and space, allowing specially commissioned photographs to take center stage. We chose a carefully curated selection highlighting Galerie Culinaire’s excellence and expertise.
A Catalog with Finishes Worthy of a Starred Dish
The catalog’s cover embodies Galerie Culinaire’s spirit with elegant simplicity dominated by white, featuring a centrally placed plate highlighted by a perforation that invites readers to explore further. Embossing and gilding add touches of refinement, transforming the catalog into a precious and timeless object. The meticulous attention to paper quality and finishing details reinforces Galerie Culinaire’s association with luxury brand standards.
