Monn was established in 2012 (under the founders name, Ramsøskar) and is one of the leading interior architect offices in Norway. After eight successful years, it was time to take a fresh look at the brand . The strategic process lead to a complete overhaule of the brand identity including a new name (Monn), positioning the company for further growth also outside the national borders.
Value the inside
As a part of the growth strategy the company wanted to keep their original nordic values, but adapt to a more international market. The solution became the name “Monn”, an old norse word, meaning to add value (to something), Followed by the tagline “Value the inside”.
Monn works throughout the field of architecture and seeks to create functional and inspiring environments wherever people live and work. The company’s portfolio of clients is broad covering offices, hotels, restaurants, shopping centers, and housing development. However, by creating completely new blended concepts, Monn is actively breaking down boundaries between such distinctions. The company and its thinking are currently central to the design of a number of major architectural project across Norway.
