Red Cat Brewery is craft brewery located in Kharkiv, Ukraine. It had two series of beer – classic and experimental, and a new series of sour ales was launched. Sour Ale is exquisite style beer which is loved by beer-geeks for its tart taste. Thus, the challenge was to create bold, scalable labels for the series, which would be very different from the labels of other series.
The idea is built around of the word “Sour” – the point is that in Ukraine this word mean not just a “taste” but also as “acid”. So I used in this branding some allusions on acid trips and tinted lables in different coloures depends on igredients which was used.
