Tidy Studio – Brewery Court Property Branding
Creating the brand for a development of luxury mews houses in a converted brewery allowed our design team to explore the industrial heritage of a historic town.Bradford-on-Avon is an idyllic place to live, with a busy cultural calendar and convenient links to Bath and Bristol. Characterised by Georgian buildings that were once used for wool and textile production, the town’s industrial heritage gives it an inimitable charm. It was this heritage that inspired the brand for Brewery Court, an exclusive development of houses and apartments converted from one of the town’s prized industrial buildings. The VisionBrewery Court includes six houses and three apartments, developed with care to preserve the original features of its Bath stone buildings. The developer wanted a brand that would appeal to its ideal occupants: affluent couples and families seeking luxury in the heart of a historic market town. Our task was to establish a modern brand identity, celebrating both the site’s industrial past and its 21st century transformation. The OutcomeBrewery Court’s branding marries industrial copper tones with distinctive midnight blue and a contemporary typeface, teaming history with modernity to create a balanced and elegant identity for the development.
