Skelligs Chocolate, a rare gem in probably one of the most unusual and beautiful locations for a chocolate factory. Skelligs Chocolate is a chocolate maker in Ireland that sells in many stores. Since they wanted a traditional approach from these package designs, we created a design consisting of cocoa beans and buds. We have created a colourful, exciting and remarkable look in the designs.

The first thing we thought about when we set out in the designs and that first struck us was the island of Skelligs Michael in Ireland. The view of the place where the chocolates are produced overlooks this island. Inspired by this, we adapted it to the label of the chocolate packages. In addition, a natural view of plant leaves on the packages.

Traditional chocolate packages consist of 6 different flavors. We used different colors for each variety. There are 3 main chocolate types, Milk, Dark and White, in which different cocoa ratios are used.

An evolution was required for the brand to work harder on shelf and to elevate the premium product inside. Our aim was to retain the equity of the current brand and take existing customers with us. A new colour palette lifts the tastiness of the distinct flavour combinations. Bold typography ensures stand out on shelf and reflects the quality of the chocolate.

With these packages, we aimed to give the brand a new look and sense of identity. In the brief we received, the brand was wanted to be more attractive and innovative.

We share with you these packages that we have realised the photo shoot. We emphasised the Skelligs island with the mood and marble shape we use in the photographs. We used the combination of colors in chocolate packages with minimal and white tones as possible.

Designing packaging for this project has been a very exciting experience for us. You can find these chocolate packages in many stores in Ireland.
