Sei Bellissimi is a project with the mission to revisit six classic cocktails from the Italian tradition. The Bellini is the first release of this remastering: The first Bellini was created in Venezia and the name of the drink was given because of its unique pink color, that reminds of the toga of a saint in a painting by 15th-century Venetian artist Giovanni Bellini. With the Sei Bellissimi project we want to revive this tradition, with a touch of elegance and personalization.

The story behind the Sei Bellissimi project stems from an idea by Giancarlo Mancino, an internationally renowned entrepreneur and bar consultant: his Hong Kong-based company leads many prestigious, globally recognized projects. With a vision that remains anchored to the cherished concepts of classicism and tradition, the mission of this project is to remaster six Italian sparkling cocktails, giving them a new life, and combining the classic style with a touch of innovation and avant-garde.

Our Bellini was born by combining Moscato sparkling wine from Piedmont with white peaches puree from Trentino Alto Adige: a marriage of flavors that will finely envelop your palate and your senses. With its fresh and delicate scent and its well-balanced acidity Bellini goes with almost anything. It’s an ideal brunch drink, but it’s also just as delicious served at a dinner party as a light drink that guests can enjoy with appetizers or finger foods during an aperitif. Bellini it’s a certified VEGAN product.

The first release of Sei Bellissimi comes also with the non alcholic version BelliNo.
The no/low abv spirit category is going through a time of growth and innovation. They are not just an alternative to high alcoholic beverages, but somehow a different way to experience flavours and ingredients. Innovation is something we watch with extreme interest, and we are taking part of it with this brand-new product made with same ingredients, but different production process: we use the natural peaches pulp combined with white Moscato most, obtaining the alike aromatic flavours of the alcoholic version. Belli-no it’s a certified VEGAN product.

The idea of remastering the classic sparkling cocktails of the Italian tradition doesen’t just stop at reinterpretation. We thought of a product that could bring back to life a category of forgotten beverages. We have created a product that in its simplicity and authenticity fits perfectly in this new era. Sparkling, ready to drink, low sugar, low abv, fruity, young and yet classic, modern but with an aftertaste of yesteryear: all you need in the same bottle.
