Gin Mater is a distillate produced in Sicily, in southern Italy, by Alma Distillery. Each bottle of Gin Mater is made up of 13 local botanicals grown on the sunny east coast of Sicily and expertly blended and blended into a fresh Mediterranean gin. Its morbidity arises from the unexpected encounter with the sugar cane that we brought back to the island after 500 years and which today becomes one of the protagonists of our gin.
