Packaging Design Concept for Big Shots Voice Transforming Drinks

Music changes over time, but some legendary singers will always remain in our hearts. It’s time for you to sing out loud like your favorite music artists…literally. Big shots are small, drinkable juices that change your vocal cords to sound like our greatest legends.

The target audience is people ages 21+ who want to party with their friends and love to sing to their favorite artists similar to karaoke. These individuals are those who want to sing but feel like they can’t. They are the shy bathroom singers and this product can help boost their confidence to continue singing.

This concept was created as a fun and engaging way for the audience to enjoy performing – which is reflected through the bright neon colors, typography, and messaging. Even though we are in the 21st century, many still listen to music from back in the day. Each package is intended to be sold individually, unless there are multiple members of a group, such as the Jackson 5 family pack. The overall voice of this brand is loud, psychedelic, and lively.

The illustrations on these packages were designed with the intention of highlighting specific features of these artists without giving too much away. These are simple, flat illustrations combined with abstract patterns, shapes, gradients, etc. The form of the product is similar to an energy shot where the purpose is to be a quick user experience for an immediate result. The 3-D printed lid has been spray painted silver to mimic a microphone for an interactive experience with the user. Each package focuses on an artist, with a flavor paired with a music genre such as Raspberry Rock, Strawberry Soul, Rainbow Reggae, etc. The party pack varies from group to group and consists of die cuts to give a glimpse of the artists in the package.

In terms of promotional content, the concept behind the advertisement is for the audience to be creative and introduce the duet that never happened. What if two artists from different eras performed together? Now that you can sing like these artists, it is a chance to introduce a revolutionary performance with your favorite singer.

This design solution delivers a unique experience for the audience to take performance to the next level.
