“ This snow wine was made by harvesting the grapes with the fall of the first snow of the year. The grape arrived at the winery being almost a raisin so it took 3 years of fermentation to reach the desired degree.
Waiting, time and patience were key players to achieve the expected result. So we seek to represent the age of wine through the illustration of an old man, wise, marked by the passage of time and by the gold stamping that talks about the snow and the special sweetness of this wine.”
