The company: ACDigital is a certification authority, issuing digital certificates in Porto Alegre, Brazil. Since 2011 in the market, it acts in a multidisciplinary way in providing solutions in digital authorization for companies and individuals.
After a period of validation, they sought us to develop all brand communication given the fact that they would scale the business and become a level 1 certification authority.
The main objective: The main objective of the project was to update the brand identity, which was out of date, and used the same symbol present in the main brand, Acertcon. It was clear the lack of unity between the materials, and especially the absence of personality and protagonism of the brand. As the customer himself defined: “AC Digital was an invisible brand”.
Solutions: Through market and competition analysis, we have developed a position aligned to the new moment; bringing more personality to the competitive landscape. As the brand provides digital identification services, we use the concept of recognition through the logo, elements and the visual universe. The main concept of the brand, comes from the brand idea of ”to recognize is to certify”, as an inspirational motto for all employees on a daily basis. We also present a video of the brand, where it was used as a basis for an institutional video manifesto present at team meetings.
Results: We managed to bring a new inspiration to all the people present in the day-to-day of the office, in addition to strengthening their own speech and generating greater consistency of brand awareness in all points of contact. We have developed a brand guide that, in addition to assisting the internal design team, helps in the unfolding and good understanding of the visual universe in everyday applications. In addition, we developed a design system for all communication on websites, applications, platform and e-commerce, for the good maintenance of the brand language in interactive media.
