Noramble Refreshs Nod Skincare for a Retail-Ready Environment

Noramble Refreshs Nod Skincare for a Retail-Ready Environment

The Challenge
Nod is a skincare brand that empowers men to care for not only their skin but also their minds. With their goal of getting into retail going into 2025 and beyond, after some customer and retailer feedback, Andri and Marco approached Noramble to help communicate their brand and product more cohesively.

What We Did
As this was a male-oriented skincare brand, our market research process involved understanding the unique buying behaviours of men in the skincare industry. We discovered that men don’t buy skincare based on the science or ingredients. Armed with this knowledge, we created a simple and sophisticated identity that empowered men with small messages of motivation on every product.

When Nod launched in December 2021, they were D2C only in their home country of Switzerland. Three years later, the brand has a new goal: to be in retail stores in 2025.

After some customer feedback and retailer comments, the brand needed to rethink its packaging strategy. The brand has always focused on empowering men to care for their skin and mental health.

In 2021, Noramble plastered this laser-focus value on the front of their D2C packaging, but now, in 2024, they need to pivot.

The new design features the same simplistic creative direction but now has a product focus. It keeps the motivational messages in the corners of all packaging and changes the hierarchy of information.

Noramble coupled with an updated colour scheme to create some more impact on the shelf as a product range.
