Designed by Foundation, Nonsuch Shrubs welcomes you to the curious world of drinking vinegars – traditionally known as ‘shrubs’.With demand for ‘different’ non-alcoholic drinks at an all-time high, Nonsuch has looked to the past, revived an ancient recipe and created a modern-day elixir.The name was inspired by the old English apple variety ‘Peasgood Nonsuch’, it was also historically used to describe something as being ‘beyond compare’.These age-old drinks have been reimagined using infusions of fruit, herbs and of course, apple cyder vinegar. Creating a unique harmony of savoury, sweet and sour to tantalise your taste buds for a completely new drinking experience – beyond alcohol, beyond soft drinks, quite literally beyond compare.The brand essence ‘Wild but perfectly balanced’ has been realised with a simple illustration style, reflected compositions and vibrant colour pairings. The crying apple symbol represents the unique flavour of the cyder vinegar used in the making of Nonsuch. Framed by a monolinear illustration combining fruit and herbs, each variant has a unique ingredient-led colour pairing and illustration.
