New Wine of Bodega Bigardo Designed by Javier Garduño Estudio de Diseño

Packaging for this parcel wine, a tribute to Tomás Muñoz, the winemaker’s great-grandfather and owner of the vineyard from which this wine comes. Tomás worked by raising these “pellejos” (container of animal skin) from the underground cellars to the carts. The label is printed on 2 different papers, so the shape of the “pellejo” is embossed with a velvety texture simulating that of these containers. On the neck, an explanatory booklet attached with insulating tape and rope that is put by hand, reflecting the artisan character of this wine and making a nod to the materials of the pellejo.
