Anesthesia OnCall’s mission is to connect top locum tenens anesthesia clinicians with leading healthcare facilities across the U.S. From the outset, we aimed to design a brand identity that stood apart from typical medical imagery. 

We designed a human-centered identity that celebrates clinicians’ accomplishments and career journeys. Inspired by the adventurous spirit of scout groups, this brand reflects growth and exploration. Clinicians can earn achievement badges after completing each assignment, adding a playful, gamified element to their experience. This approach embodies the freedom and flexibility Anesthesia OnCall provides, empowering clinicians to reach milestones, embrace new opportunities, and build a career that aligns with both their professional goals and personal aspirations.

The cross symbol embodies the ease with which healthcare facilities can bring new talent into their teams. It reflects the seamless integration of clinicians into healthcare settings and highlights Anesthesia OnCall’s supportive role in both clinician careers and patient care. Subtle animations, like a gentle pulsating effect, reinforce this concept across various media, offering a visual cue for the simplicity and reliability of adding new team members with just a click.

This innovative approach to branding not only sets Anesthesia OnCall apart but also fosters a sense of community and belonging among clinicians. By combining a professional focus with elements of adventure and recognition, we create an environment where clinicians feel valued and motivated. The brand serves as a reminder that every assignment is not just a job but a step forward in their journey, contributing to their growth and success while ensuring exceptional care for patients across the nation. This dual commitment to clinicians and healthcare facilities is what truly defines Anesthesia OnCall.
