The project takes a subtle yet meaningful inspiration from the Jacquard loom, one of the earliest programmable machines in history, which enabled the creation of intricate woven patterns. This connection to the Jacquard loom highlights the evolution from mechanical design to digital innovation, bridging the past with the present as we explore how modern AI systems, like those used by MyOutfits, generate complex and detailed visuals in the realm of fashion.

The visual identity developed for MyOutfits draws inspiration from AI diffusion models, where images are built pixel by pixel. This concept is reflected in the graphic design through the use of dots as a central element, symbolizing connection and activation between fashion and technology. The resulting design is vibrant, modular, and fully AI-generated, allowing the visual identity to adapt to various audiences and designers while maintaining uniqueness and differentiation.

The project also integrates Comfy AI, an open-source, node-based interface that enables users to create complex AI workflows without the need for coding expertise. This system streamlines the generation and customization of fashion visuals in an accessible and efficient manner.

Additionally, a motion design system was developed for the brand’s visuals and layouts, inspired by the natural fluidity and movement observed in fashion photo shoots and garment handling in warehouses.
