Milestone Group, including Milestone Real Estate, proudly presents its new brand identity, developed in collaboration with the renowned creative agency Type2. The rebranding process was led by Filip Zagórski and Rafał Benedek, co-founders of Type2, who specialise in creating modern visual concepts and distinctive brand identities that stand out in the market.
The Milestone Group currently consists of the following brands:
Milestone Real Estate – responsible for real estate projects in Poland.
Milestone Construction – a general contractor executing construction projects for various developers.
Milestone Development, which includes Milestone España – focused on projects in Spain.
Milestone Lab – a revolutionary concept in the Polish market, serving as a laboratory for groundbreaking ideas, innovative technologies, art, unique materials, and collaborations with artists on extraordinary real estate and construction projects.
Carbostone – a consulting firm specialising in carbon footprint assessment and sustainability strategies, offering services such as CO₂ emissions verification, eco-friendly design support, and CSR/ESG initiatives to help organisations reduce their environmental impact.
Type2 is known for creating well-thought-out and distinctive visual concepts for high-profile brands in Poland and internationally. The agency has designed iconic logos for institutions such as the National Museum in Warsaw and Warsaw Public Transport. Its client portfolio includes HBO, Canal+, ARTE, Nowy Teatr, Polish Institutes worldwide, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Polish Parliament. Thanks to its extensive experience and unique design approach, Type2 was chosen to lead the rebranding of Milestone, a rapidly growing real estate group.
“We needed a visual identity that better reflects our growth—both in the domestic and international markets—as well as our ambitions. The new Milestone identity is refreshed, stronger, and more dynamic, perfectly embodying our approach to development: creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable spaces. The new logo, colour scheme, and overall visual identity of Milestone Group and Milestone Real Estate reflect the company’s dynamic nature and ambitious expansion plans. Currently, Milestone is developing two projects in Poland—Przystanek Ursus, a residential estate in Warsaw, and Kamienica Nova Chopina 22, a boutique townhouse in the heart of Pruszków. The company is also planning further investments in northern, central, and southern Poland, alongside launching exclusive projects in Spain, marking a significant step in its international expansion.
In an era where visual communication plays a crucial role in brand-building, a cohesive and bold brand identity is essential for success. The new identity of Milestone Real Estate not only meets the company’s current needs but also supports its future growth in domestic and international markets. “Our goal was to highlight the added value that sets Milestone apart in the industry,” commented Filip Zagórski, co-founder of Type2.
As Kaliński emphasised, the company needed a stronger, more dynamic brand identity that not only highlights the quality and aesthetics of its developments but also reinforces its core values—solidity, functionality, and the natural approach to construction solutions.
“Rebranding Milestone Real Estate was an exciting challenge for us. As part of the new identity, we created a symbol inspired by the ‘work in progress’ concept, which, in a condensed graphic form, represents the company’s modus operandi,” added Rafał Benedek, co-founder of Type2.
However, the new visual identity is just the beginning. The next phase of Milestone’s rebranding will include the launch of a new website in Q1 2025. The site will be designed according to modern UX/UI standards, offering users intuitive navigation and a visually cohesive experience aligned with the brand’s refreshed image. The goal is to create a website that stands out from conventional real estate platforms while maintaining high functionality and user-friendliness.
The collaboration between Milestone Real Estate and Type2 has resulted in a brand identity that perfectly aligns with modern visual communication strategies. The new identity gives the brand a modern, cohesive look that reflects its philosophy—focused on quality, aesthetics, and innovation. This bold and pioneering rebranding sets a new standard in the Polish real estate industry.
