Menin Douro Estates, a Douro wine producer that aims to leave a new heritage at this region, selected Omdesign to sign its olive oil image, that assumes as signature “Douro’s New Legacy”.
This premium product adopted an elegant and minimalist image with an exclusive illustration of the estate’s chapel that occupies a prominent position on the label, highlighted by the high relief that grants it with an attractive design. The agency’s challenge was to maintain the simplicity and sophistication of this building, with more than 280 years old, without losing the details that differentiate it as a symbol of their properties.
The remain finishing and materials, namely the stamping foil, UV varnish and fine paper, were carefully chosen by Omdesign to provide this 360° label with a distinctive image. All this was also reinforced by the stylish model of the 50cl bottle that carries this unique extra virgin olive oil, alongside its necklace and resin medal, with the goal to position this product and its brand in a premium sector.
