Hedepy is an online therapy platform which, after four years of successful growth in the Czech Republic and expansion into nine additional European markets, found itself at a turning point. With rising competition, the company recognised the need to evolve from its identity as a small, innovative startup into a trusted, leading brand on the international stage.
To achieve this, Hedepy redefined its positioning around a compelling and human-centered purpose: to help everyone find the right therapist and to guide them through life-changing experiences with therapy. The goal was to establish Hedepy as a safe, empathetic, and approachable platform—one that offers a seamless user experience and embodies a warm, modern personality.
This vision led to a comprehensive brand refresh that touched every aspect of the visual identity. From logo redesign and a refined color palette to updated typography, photography, and custom illustrations, each element was thoughtfully crafted to reflect the brand’s new direction. The challenge was to introduce a revitalized look and feel without alienating existing users—preserving brand recognition while pushing the visual language forward.
At the heart of the new identity is the concept of the perfect match between client and therapist—symbolized by the mirrored “hy” characters in the logo, evoking balance, symmetry, and connection. The refreshed color scheme and illustration style introduce a friendlier, more vibrant aesthetic, breathing life and warmth into every brand touchpoint.
