What this product is about
Teplo is an author’s cognac, carefully aged for seven years and released in an extremely limited series. It was created with a very narrow audience in mind — close family and friends, those with whom moments are shared most sincerely. This cognac is not intended for retail or broad distribution. Each bottle exists as a personal gift, meant to be given and received during intimate, meaningful occasions. It is designed to become a keepsake, a small token that holds memories of time spent together and the warmth of personal connection. Every bottle carries with it a sense of exclusivity and a reminder that some experiences are too precious to be shared widely. The idea behind this product is to offer not just a drink, but a gesture, a tangible symbol of closeness that will be remembered and cherished long after the moment has passed.
Concept behind the packaging
The core idea of the design is warmth — warmth that works on both a physical and emotional level. On one hand, it is the literal warmth that spreads gently through the body with every sip of the cognac, a slow, comforting sensation. On the other, it is the emotional warmth that grows during sincere conversations, the kind that happens among family members and close friends. These moments are private, intimate, and yet never exactly the same. Every meeting has its own character, leaving behind a distinct feeling that becomes a memory tied to the specific moment. The packaging aims to capture this dual sense of warmth — both the tangible and the emotional — turning the act of gifting and enjoying the cognac into a reflection of these private, personal experiences.
Design solution
The idea of warmth is expressed through five label variations, each carrying a unique, softly flowing pattern rendered in warm tones. The gentle, fluid shapes on each label are designed to evoke the feeling of calm, comfort, and closeness, mirroring the subtle, shifting nature of intimate gatherings. In addition, each bottle is individually numbered, emphasizing its place in the limited series and underlining the exclusivity of the collection. Together, these details form a cohesive line that communicates the essence of Teplo: a cognac meant to be shared with those closest to you, to mark moments that are warm, personal, and unforgettable, and to create a lasting memory through a gift that is both thoughtful and rare.
