Maña Lasagna Club Identity Design

When a Lasagna project name is “Maña”, you can’t help but think of a crazy game of appetite and an impulsive desire for Lasagna. That is why we stay away from the traditional, and we full-on gamble for a character that incorporates fun and gluttony, using illustrations that seek not only to accomplish an unforgettable lasagna plate but also inspire real food fantasy.

Maña Lasagna’s packaging is a provocation for voracity, an invitation to need for lasagna.

We are a group of people with problems, full of cravings and desires because we all have something that makes us lose our sanity, we all have something that causes us addiction.

We are addicted to lasagna and we have formed a club to talk about it, in which we do not discriminate between flavors, colors, or preferences, we only have one requirement: that you share our skill.

Maña Llasagna club is a real club created in 2021, born in the city of Merida Yucatan Mexico in one of the oldest colonies, “La Alemán”

The Objective
Develop a graphic identity and package system that practically guides the gastronomic proposal and delivery experience. We seek to capture the lighthearted spirit of a club through the character, brand’s typography, and phrases.

The Solution
We created a logo by mixing fonts inspired by chubby ingredients in food. The repetition of the word tricks should create a language that the same character can speak. The icon was designed to be easily replicated with infinities actions around eating lasagna, thus, becoming funny and user-friendly.

We want to transmit the brand’s personality, considering the food fans’ needs for these types of products. The details on voice tone stand out in the simplicity of the brand communication.

We created a visual solution through a system of black and white with a touch of color around the name of the brand; Maña Lasagna Club, a real “Club”.
The project altogether reminds us of warm and memorable deliciousness.
