Find the feeling of home.
A real estate agency situated in Åland Islands, a Finnish archipelago. The challenge was modernize the Mäklarhuset’s brand and improve their communication with the young people, maintaining the elegance and formal in an accessible way, bringing a distintive concept, avoiding all common symbols present in this segment.
The walk of moose signifies pure poise and sensitivity.
No-one better to introduce the habitat than who lives in, right? As a real native, we chose the moose as our symbol and guide. It symbolizes strength, trust, endurance and nobility. The animal is not afraid of any other creatures. Despite its imposing size, they are calm, composed, and graceful. Often linked to spiritual guidance, the Moose is believed to offer wisdom and direction, aiding those who seek it in finding their path and making important life decisions.
Brand Manifest
A home is not just a place, it’s a feeling. It is the cornerstone of our lives, where dreams are born, memories are created and life is lived. It is with pride that we guide the Ålanders on one of the most important journeys one can make – the journey to find home. And to find a sense of home. For us, a housing deal is not a transaction, but instead someone’s start to something new, with expectations and hopes of what is to come. We are honored to take on that responsibility. Therefore, we guide with professionalism, knowledge and our passion, all along the way. So let the Åland home feeling come together. Welcome home.
