Mælk Conceptual Milk Product Branding

Mælk Conceptual Milk Product Branding

One of the problems after buying milk is incomplete consumption. Often there is a certain amount of milk left over after opening the carton, which has time to go bad. The name, in Danish, refers to the rational use of resources in Scandinavian countries.

Kefir is a fermented milk drink similar to a thin yogurt or ayran that is made from kefir grains, a specific type of mesophilic symbiotic culture. The drink originated in the North Caucasus, in particular the Elbrus region along the upper mountainous sections of Circassia, Karachay and Balkaria, from where it came to Russia, and from there it spread to Europe and the United States, where it is prepared by inoculating the milk of cows, goats, or sheep with kefir grains.

Our packaging makes it possible to make another dairy product from sour milk – kefir, which is common not only in post-Soviet countries, but also in Hungary, Poland, Romania, Balkan countries and on a much smaller scale in Germany, Sweden, Norway, Israel, Japan and Australia.

When buying, you need to remove the film from the packaging, after which the box will begin to show the lines, which on the 4th day form the shape of a bottle of kefir. Then you need to lift the corner of the package so that the bacteria powder inside is mixed with the milk, turn the box a few times, leave overnight and kefir ready.

Dehydrated Kefir Grains are grains that have become dormant after being dried. Dried grains can take several batches before becoming fully active and able to grow (The kefir that is produced is considered drinkable after a couple of brews). Dried grains can travel further distances with less risk. If you are ordering to an international destinations then please order these grains. You can also store these grains if you aren’t ready to use them right away.
