Wine is the result of time, patience, dedication, and an enduring relationship between humanity and nature. Every bottle represents years of care, knowledge passed through generations, and a deep respect for the rhythms of the land. Each Costa Boal harvest embodies this philosophy, carrying forward a legacy shaped by family tradition, commitment, and an authentic passion for viticulture.

The limited editions project, together with the re-release of Homenagem 2011, was conceived as a celebration of this heritage. It reflects the essential visual and cultural pillars of the Costa Boal brand, firmly rooted in authenticity, craftsmanship, and the historical identity of its region. More than presenting a wine, this initiative seeks to create a meaningful experience that connects past, present, and future through design, materiality, and storytelling.

A defining element of this edition lies in the careful selection of wood used for the secondary packaging. The material originates from forests affected by the devastating wildfires of the summer of 2025. Rather than allowing this resource to be lost, the wood was responsibly recovered, restored, and transformed by skilled artisans. Its use symbolizes rebirth, resilience, and renewal — values that mirror both nature’s capacity to regenerate and the enduring spirit of the Costa Boal legacy.

Every detail of the packaging has been designed to create a complete sensory journey. The box combines functionality with sophistication, allowing it to serve not only as protective packaging but also as a refined display piece. Metal components are precisely inlaid into the wood, reinforcing durability while adding contemporary elegance. The opening and closing system features natural leather straps, each presented in a distinct color corresponding to the specific product type, enhancing both usability and visual identity.

The bottle itself reflects meticulous craftsmanship. A double-layered silver paper label adds depth and luminosity, while a velvet neckband introduces texture and refinement. The bottle top incorporates a custom metal element that strengthens brand recognition and conveys exclusivity through subtle yet impactful detailing.
