Discover a unique gastronomic experience in the heart of Bogotá at Longevity restaurant, located on picturesque Calle 78. Inspired by the belief that a plant-based diet can prolong and enrich our lives, Longevity offers an innovative vegetarian menu, where you can even add delicious fish or chicken to your choice. Nestled in a charming architectural ensemble of Victorian-style houses, Longevity captivates both for its ambiance and culinary proposal. The restaurant’s name reflects its commitment to health and wellness, while its logo, with elongated letters, symbolizes the idea of ​​prolonging life through healthy eating. But Longevity goes beyond mere gastronomic offerings. With a bold and fun brand strategy, it seeks to challenge the perception that healthy is boring. Here, vegetables take center stage and are presented in a playful and entertaining way! Vegetable-based characters, engaging in contemporary activities like skateboarding, listening to music, or playing guitar, are the soul of the brand and are integrated into both digital and individual materials.

As for the art direction, Longevity’s photographs stand out for their elongated shadows and intense lighting on rustic materials, following the cottage trend that has gained popularity among teenagers since 2000. This aesthetic, combined with the freshness and vitality of the vegetables, creates a unique and appealing visual experience. “The exciting journey of Longevity began in October 2023, with the development of a comprehensive strategy that laid the foundation for the brand’s success. One of the most significant milestones was the creation of the name, a fundamental step that set the direction and identity of our restaurant. With the strategy in place, we immersed ourselves in the creative process and designed a visual proposal that quickly won the heart of our client, Liliana. Her enthusiasm and confidence in our proposals were the boost we needed to confidently move towards the official opening in January 2024. From day one, Longevity has become a true success on Calle 78, attracting a loyal clientele eager for fresh and healthy flavors. With steady sales every week, we have positively impacted the community, promoting more conscious and healthy eating habits. We are proud to know that more and more people are including vegetables in their diet at least once a week, thanks to the variety and unique flavor of our culinary creations.

Among our menu’s most acclaimed dishes is the innovative “breaded cauliflower taco”, a delightful and surprising alternative that has captivated the palates of our guests. This culinary creation is just a glimpse of the creativity and originality that defines “Verduroso”, where every bite is a unique and satisfying experience.
