Logo and Visual Identity for Digital Creative Ventures Designed by Bracom Agency

DC Ventures is a boutique fund management company that was born to support and develop the Vietnamese creative design community. Our mission in this project is to help the core team members of DC Ventures to transform their business vision and mission into a consistent, professional and dynamic visual identity system.

As a dedicated investment firm that works with art and creative startups, DC ventures would like to deliver a brand new way on their brand story to everyone by avoiding hard shapes and boring lines. They need a visual identity system that will not only gain trust from investors but also inspire potential startups on their first meet. “We need very fresh and friendly ideas to convince our startups that we are not just an investor, we are friends and colleagues that will stay together with them on every journey”, as said by DC’s Chief executive officer.

As a result, we, both Bracom and DC’s team, would like to break the rule by using a more flexible system with an ink-dot concept. A creative startup developed a comprehensive concept from some tiny ideas, like a painting drawn from just an ink-dot when it started. After a long time working with this idea, we have successfully created an identity to impress almost audiences by a trendy purple color that implies a future filled with creativity, innovation and full of miracles of arts. We have succeeded in viral a message of DC to the community that an investment fund is not always boring as everyone thinks of but very creative and continues to improve to support other creative startups. We believe that this identity is a breath of fresh air for businesses in the field of investment finance, where they themselves are a huge power of inspiration for today’s creative design community.

The key visual
Starting from the Logo, we start to draw the DC’s story with a colorful brush through many brand’s applications. This is really making a strong attraction for people on all aspects of the brand’s touch points. We have successfully delivered the inspiring story of the founder: Every big picture starts with an ink-dot, just like every great company always gets started from a small point. And DC Ventures’ mission is to add more color and help founders paint a complete picture for their company.

The Illustration
Would you believe that a financial investment company has a collection of drawings with cartoon characters representing each area in which they invest. It sounds great right ? And yes, we did it for DC Ventures, which is also an extremely highlight of this branding design project. Let’s discover it!
