Life Brand Identity by GLV Brands

Background: Life is a leader in data science and tax avoidance, providing robust solutions for large data repositories. The company develops technological tools that thoroughly analyze fiscal documents, assisting in the recovery of tax credits and review of fiscal stocks. Life’s specialized team utilizes advanced technologies to ensure quality and security in their services. With a track record of recovering over 450 million reais in tax credits and defending more than 500 infraction notices, the organization operates on two fronts: consultancy and software development, aiming to strengthen the fiscal health of their clients and mitigate fiscal risks.

Challenge: The Life team challenged us with the task of redesigning their brand to embody the new phase of their journey. The crux of the challenge was to create an identity that radiated innovation, captured the rapid pace of modernity, and was in tune with current design trends. The new design of the Life brand emerges as a bold declaration of their determination to align with their renewed purpose, outlining the transition to a dynamic, technologically-advanced present.

Solution: Addressing the chromatic aspect initially, we opted for a combination that merges a vibrant and digital aspect, represented by the “data dive blue” color, with the sense of security and credibility of the “cyber navy”. Additionally, we developed a modern and technological symbol capable of conveying the attributes of the new Life’s essence. It features rounded lines in a configuration that alludes to the company’s initials and elements that evoke data interconnectivity. Furthermore, based on the symbol, we created 3D backgrounds that enhance the fluid and digital context of the brand. For the institutional typography, we selected a combination of clean and modern sans-serif fonts, entirely suited for the digital environment in which the business is embedded.
